We apply layered security controls across every part of e30 — from the moment you enter your UPI ID to the point your withdrawal clears.

Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All data exchanged between your device and e30 is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored account records, including payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe, are encrypted at rest using AES-256 so they remain unreadable if storage is ever compromised.

We use functional cookies to keep your session active and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time; withdrawing consent for analytics cookies does not affect your account access.

Account Security Controls

Your account password is hashed before storage — we never hold it in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly encouraged. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic alert to your registered email or phone number.

Data Retention Periods

Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Account profile data is held for as long as your account remains active, plus any mandatory post-closure period. After that, records are permanently deleted from our systems.

Your payment identifiers are shared only with the payment gateway needed to process the transaction. We do not sell, rent or share your UPI or Paytm data with advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

Profile and account data is retained for a mandatory post-closure period as required by applicable law in India, after which it is permanently purged. We do not hold data beyond what regulations require once your account is closed.
