HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

Account Security, Data and Your Rights Under These Terms

We store account data on encrypted servers and apply access controls that limit who within our team can view your personal details.

Encrypted Account Storage

All account credentials, transaction records linked to UPI or Paytm, and personal details are stored using industry-standard encryption. Only authorised personnel can access your file, and access is logged and audited.

Cookie Policy

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account active and understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect lobby functionality.

Data Retention Period

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains open and for a defined period after closure, as required under applicable financial regulations. After that window, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

Requesting Your Data

To receive a copy of the personal information we hold, submit a written request via email. We will verify your identity against the details on file before releasing any data, and we will fulfil the request within 30 days.

Correcting Account Records

If the personal details on your account are outdated or incorrect, contact our support team with the accurate information and proof of identity. We will update the record and confirm the change by email.

Account Closure Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting support through live chat or email. Any balance remaining will be returned to your original payment method — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — subject to standard verification.

Frequently Asked Questions About These Terms

The questions below cover the clauses we are most frequently asked about. If your question is not here, our support team can locate the relevant section of these terms and explain how it applies to your account.

These terms apply to every person who opens an account with us. Access is subject to local law, so eligibility depends on the regulations applicable in your Indian state or territory. By registering, you confirm that doing so is lawful where you are located.

We may revise these terms when required by law or to reflect operational changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use your account after an update means you have accepted the new terms.

Deposits through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are subject to these terms and the payment provider's own policies. We do not control processing times or fees applied by the provider, and we are not liable for delays caused on the provider's side.

Raise a formal dispute via email with a written description of the clause you believe was applied incorrectly and the specific account event in question. Our escalations team will review and respond within five business days with a written outcome.

After account closure we retain personal data for the period required under applicable financial and anti-fraud regulations. Once that retention window has passed, your data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised from our systems.

Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method you used most recently — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Standard identity verification applies before the withdrawal is processed and released.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law to the extent that such law applies in your location. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, the parties may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
